Don’t worry about pushing your dumpsters to the curb in the morning. Trash service is canceled and recycling is off the table all week.

The City of Tulsa is closing several offices Monday and canceling some city services after significant weekend snow and freezing temperatures that will continue for another few days. Here’s what’s closed or canceled.

Refuse/Recycling

Monday trash customers should put their carts out Tuesday and crews will pick them up as they are able. All other trash customers should put their gray carts at the curb on their regular service days. If there is a pickup delay, the city says to leave your cart at the curb until it’s collected.

Recycling will resume next week. Customers will be allowed to put extra recyclables in a recyclable container, such as a cardboard box, alongside their blue cart.

  • Cashier windows are closed for in-person services, but utility payments can be made online or by calling 311.
  • 311 agents will take calls 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. during normal business hours.
