Between 2010 and 2024, the number of women in technology occupations increased from 2,541 to 3,740. Despite the increase, women make up just 30% of Tulsa’s tech workforce.

Ismael has been reporting since he was in high school, where he channeled his interest for writing into the school newspaper.
